Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ShelfLife’s pharmaceutical inventory solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of ShelfLife’s services and handle inquiries professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent pharmacies, hospital buyers, and healthcare providers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers.
- Follow up on leads and customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback from customers to the sales and product teams for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
