Responsibilities
- Build a list of Key stakeholders of accounts within the market to target and develop/establish a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and Field.
- Work with clients to uncover needs, pain points and opportunities to delight client
- Promptly Identify potential obstacles and Resolve client issues and complaints
- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs and design individualized sales strategy per client to optimize account’s profitability
- Anticipate key account management changes (personnel or process) and improvements and proactively manage to remain relevant to Field business.
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
- Working with design, Sales, Procurement, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of delivery and client expectations exceeded
- Collaborating with other members of the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and monthly/quarterly/yearly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Collaborate with Sales and Growth team leadership to manage and maintain the developed relationships.
- Prepare RFQ’s and other documents as may be needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, marketing or relevant field.
- Five years of previous work experience in sales with at least two years in managing government and parastatal accounts and high value private clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling proposals is an advantage; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite /Google suite.
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account in multiple markets.
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
