Customer Success Associate- FCT


Customer Support

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Support the onboarding of new clients. Implement routine client communications, organization of client feedback, and pursuit of Shelf Life client success through high-quality service delivery
  • Report and log all queries.
  • Address, resolve and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to payments, invoices, orders, and other issues
  • Participates in execution of surveys, focus groups, testing and training sessions
  • Researches and provides feedback to other department to improve field's services and products to customers and clients

Software and Data Quality Assurance

  • Carry out QA/QC tests on all field supply digital products and database to release optimized versions to users
  • Help develop QA/QC scripts and knowledge base
  • Write detailed bug tickets, that are understood by the team to allow efficient debugging
  • Investigation of errors to determine likely root causes to support development
  • Triage tickets with the team to determine the severity of issues
  • Coordinating staging and production releases with the release team

Data Management

  • Identify data quality issues, discrepancies and anomalies. This position is at the front lines - supporting collection, cleaning, and management of key data from across the operation.
  • Analyzing user data to aid research and development


  • B.Sc/HND in a scientific or technical discipline preferably Information Technology, Data Science, or any related fields
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Data Management
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets
  • Database management tools like SQL a plus
